Project Overview

Dr. Paliwal’s Clinic is a G+2 mixed-use building designed within a dense urban context, where maximizing light, ventilation, and visual openness was key. The architectural planning responds to site constraints by introducing controlled daylight through vertical louvers, allowing ample natural light while mitigating harsh sun exposure. The ground and first floors are planned as a homeopathic clinic, with the ground floor dedicated to consultation spaces and the first floor accommodating lounges, a conference room, and a pathology lab. Exposed concrete finishes and a restrained material palette give the building a contemporary, professional character. A century-old mango tree on site is carefully retained and celebrated, becoming a visual anchor that connects all floors and reinforces the building’s relationship with nature.
